主要枸杞品种在柴达木地区的叶形态表现 被引量:1

摘要 本研究对柴达木地区10个主栽品种枸杞叶片的6个性状(叶片鲜重、叶长、叶宽、叶厚、叶柄长、叶柄粗)进行了测定和比较分析。结果表明:(1)枸杞叶片表型性状在不同品种之间存在不同程度的差异;(2)根据叶片性状特征,将10个品种的枸杞聚为四类:宁杞4号单独为一类,其叶片各性状显著大于其他品种,宁杞2号、宁杞3号、宁杞6号和宁杞7号为一类,其叶长、叶宽和叶形指数仅次于宁杞4号,宁杞8号,青杞1号,蒙杞为一类,其叶形指数都比较大,宁杞1号和宁杞5号聚为一类。 In this study,six characters(fresh weight,length,width,thickness,length and thickness of petiole)of 10 main cultivars of Lycium barbarum in Chaidamu area were measured and compared.The results showed that:(1)there were different degrees of differences in leaf phenotypic characters among different varieties;(2)according to the characteristics of leaf characters,10 varieties of wolfberry were grouped into four categories:Ning Qi 4 was a single category,its leaf characters were significantly larger than other varieties,Ning Qi 2,Ning Qi 3,Ning Qi 6 and NingQi7 were a category,its leaf length,leaf width and leaf shape index were only inferior to Ning Qi 4,Ning Qi 8,Qing Qi 1 and Meng Qi are the group,and their leaf shape indexes are relatively large,Ning Qi 1 and Ning Qi 5 are the group.
