摘要
建设工程项目作为国家建设发展的重要组成要素,在一定程度上反映着国家经济增长,也是国家整体实力的重要表现形式。建设工程管理是有效保证建设工程项目风险可控并最终顺利实施的关键。论文从合同管理、工程管理2方面论述了项目的风险防范,并对在项目全生命周期过程中遇到的问题提出了预防、控制措施,最终确保施工建设获得顺利落实。
As an important component of national construction and development,construction project reflects national economic growth to a certain extent,and is also an important manifestation of national overall strength.Construction project management is the key to ensure that the risk of construction project is controllable and finally implemented smoothly.This paper discusses the risk prevention of the project from two aspects of contract management and engineering management,and puts forward the prevention and control measures for the problems encountered in the whole life cycle of the project,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction.
