摘要
王捷虹认为,消化性溃疡是多种致病因素反复作用而成,其中最主要的因素为体质、饮食、情志,其中又以体质、饮食最为关键。脾胃虚寒是其发病的病机关键,治疗总以温中散寒、和胃止痛为要,擅用经方黄芪建中汤加减治疗,取其健脾益气、温中止痛的功效,重点突出益气健脾、培补中焦、治肝可安胃的理念,兼顾活血化瘀药物的使用,同时重视心理疗法在消化性溃疡治疗中的作用。
Professor WANG Jiehong believes that peptic ulcer is caused by many pathogenic factors,among which the most important factors are physique,diet and emotion,among which physique and diet are the most critical.The key to the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach.The treatment of this disease is always to warm and dissipate the cold,and stomach pain relief.Professor WANG is good at treating peptic ulcer with classical prescriptions Huangqi Jianzhong decoction.Huangqi Jianzhong decoction has the effect of invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,warming and relieving pain.At the same time,it focuses on the application of the theory of invigorating qi and invigorating the spleen,nourishing the middle coke,treating the liver and calming the stomach,taking into account the use of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and paying attention to the clinical syndrome of psychotherapy.It has important reference signifi cance for the treatment of peptic ulcer.
