摘要
该试验对新疆50批次不同产地和品种红枣的化学物质、营养物质、微量元素等11项指标进行分析,采用主成分分析与聚类分析对新疆红枣的品质进行评价。根据主成分分析,得到以槲皮素、绿原酸、环磷酸腺苷、总糖、锌、铁和锰的含量作为评价红枣品质的主要指标。通过对红枣样品的综合得分,结果发现产自新疆莎车县、兵团33团9连、哈密五堡乡、阿克苏新和县和哈密伊州区的5批次红枣,其综合品质性状优良。该试验为新疆红枣的品种选育、创建区域特色品牌以及红枣的开发利用提供科学依据。
Through the comparative analysis of 11 indexes of chemical substances,nutrients and trace elements of 50 batches of jujube from different regions and varieties in Xinjiang,the quality of jujube in Xinjiang was evaluated by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.According to the principal component analysis,the contents of quercetin,chlorogenic acid,c AMP,total sugar,zinc,iron and manganese were obtained as the main indexes to evaluate the quality of jujube.Five batches of jujube were found from Yarkant County,Corps 33 Regiment 9 Company,Wubao Township of Hami,Xinhe County of Akesu and Yizhou of Hami in Xinjiang by scores,and the comprehensive quality traits of jujube were excellent.The study provided scientific basis for the variety breeding of Xinjiang jujube,creating regional characteristic brands and the development and utilization of jujube in the future.
