摘要
通过栅格位置和实际交通时间大数据,以“栅格到栅格”为度量基础,提出在一个规定时间内,从城市某地向城市以外地区出发,到达其他城市的范围越大,则该城市出发地的可达性就越高。并进一步提出利用城市的人口和产值等要素作为城市重要性的权重值,到达高权重值的城市范围越大,则到达重要城市的可达性越高。以栅格、大数据和可达性时空概念的结合的方法可避免当前评价方法旅途时间偏差大的弊端,将可达性评价细化到城市的每个栅格单元,帮助规划师综合分析城市交通和区域交通的衔接,发现区域交通可达性提升的途径,为公共政策制定提供决策依据。
Based on the grid location and actual travel time from big data,with the"grid to grid"measurement,this paper proposes that within a specified time,from a city to a region outside the city,the larger the range of other cities to reach,the higher the accessibility of the city's starting place.It further proposes to use factors such as the population and GDP of the city as the weight value of the importance,the larger the range of cities with the higher weight value,the higher the accessibility to the important cities.Through the combination of grid,big data and accessibility concepts of time and space,the method of this study avoids the shortcomings of the travel time deviation of the current evaluation method,refines the accessibility evaluation to each grid unit of the city,and help planners analyze the connection between urban transportation and regional transportation,and find ways to improve the accessibility of regional transportation by providing a basis for decision-making for public policy formulation.
