摘要
农产品有效供给政策落地效应的评估不仅能及时暴露政策落地过程中存在的实际问题,还能对政府主管部门有效完善政策提供必要的建议,从而保障农产品有效供给在更高需求关系上达到新的平衡。文章首先梳理江苏省农产品有效供给政策内容,聚焦关键点,然后评估江苏省农产品政策的落实效应,研究存在的问题,接着剖析政策落实问题的原因,并提出强化农产品有效供给政策落实的举措,最后结合江苏省乡村振兴战略的实施意见提出完善江苏省农业供给侧结构性改革政策的建议。
The evaluation of the implementation effect of the effective supply policy of agricultural products can not only timely expose the practical problems existing in the process of policy implementation,but also provide necessary suggestions for the competent government departments to effectively improve the policy,so as to ensure the effective supply of agricultural products to achieve a new balance in the higher demand relationship.This paper first combs the content of the effective supply policy of agricultural products in Jiangsu province,focuses on the key points,then evaluates the implementation effect of the agricultural product policy in Jiangsu province,studies the existing problems,then analyzes the reasons for the implementation of the policy,and puts forward measures to strengthen the implementation of the effective supply policy of agricultural products.Finally,combined with the implementation opinions of rural revitalization strategy in Jiangsu province,it puts forward the improvement of agricultural supply in Jiangsu province some suggestions on structural reform policy.
