独活寄生汤联合早期康复训练在髌上入路髓内钉技术治疗胫骨干骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨独活寄生汤联合早期康复训练在髌上入路髓内钉技术治疗胫骨干骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2019年11月于医院接受髌上入路髓内钉技术治疗的80例胫骨干骨折患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠联合早期康复训练治疗,试验组采用独活寄生汤联合早期康复训练治疗,比较两组膝关节功能、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)内下肢运动功能评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果试验组膝关节功能优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组FMA内下肢运动功能评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌上入路髓内钉技术治疗胫骨干骨折患者术后采用独活寄生汤联合早期康复训练治疗,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,提高下肢运动功能,促进患者快速康复。
