摘要
介绍酒钢焦化厂5#-6#焦炉煤气鼓风机,投产初期因联锁保护仪表信号干扰、故障而多次发生联锁保护误动作,后经采取联锁保护信号预处理及联锁保护程序完善等措施,大幅提高了机组联锁保护可靠性和稳定性。
This paper introduces the No.5-6 coke oven gas blower of Jiugang coking plant.In the early stage of production,the wrong action of interlock protection occurred for many times due to signal interference and failure of interlock protection instrument.After that,the measures of signal preprocessing and program perfaction of interlock protection were taken,which greatly improved the reliability and stability of unit interlock protection.
