摘要
近年来,食品安全问题是社会各界关注的焦点,随着人民生活水平的提高,对食品安全提出更高的要求。农畜产品质量安全是农村经济工作、农业生产的重点和难点。作为食品安全源头的农畜产品,频繁出现质量安全问题,如三聚氰胺、猪链球菌病、苏丹红等,危害人民群众的身体健康。三聚氰胺是一种有机化工原料,主要用于生产三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,在纺织、造纸、造纸、木材、电气等行业广泛应用。食品和饲料中添加三聚氰胺没有任何营养价值,并且会产生危害。因此,三聚氰胺已被禁止添加于饲料和食品中。加强对饲料及食品添加剂中三聚氰胺的检测,对保障饲料及食品安全有重要意义。本文采取高效液相色谱-质谱法(HPLC-MS),对饲料及食品添加剂中的三聚氰胺进行检测,获得良好的效果。
In recent years,food safety issues have been the focus of attention from all walks of life.With the improvement of people’s living standards,higher demands have been placed on food safety.The quality and safety of agricultural and livestock products is the focus and difficulty of rural economic work and agricultural production.As a source of food safety,agricultural and livestock products frequently have quality and safety problems,such as melamine,swine streptococcosis,Sudan red,etc.,which endanger the health of the people.Melamine is an organic chemical raw material,mainly used in the production of melamine formaldehyde resin,which is widely used in textile,paper,paper,wood,electrical and other industries.The addition of melamine to food and feed has no nutritional value and can cause harm..Melamine has been banned from being added to feed and food.Strengthening the detection of melamine in feed and food additives is of great significance to ensure the safety of feed and food.In this paper,high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect melamine in feed and food additives,and good results were obtained.
