摘要
建立筒仓中大豆分层压缩平衡微分方程,数值求解压缩平衡微分方程得到筒仓内大豆堆应力分布值。建立筒仓中大豆籽粒堆放模型,求解大豆籽粒堆放模型得到筒仓内大豆堆应力与籽粒压力的关系。实验测定大豆籽粒压缩力与塑性应变关系。设定大豆籽粒损伤的塑性应变为0.4%,结合筒仓内不同深度大豆堆应力、籽粒压力与塑性应变的关系,得出大豆的堆高安全域。计算与实验结果表明:含水率为8.58%~15.01%w.b.并且储藏时间为60~240 d的大豆,在半径为10 m的筒仓内安全堆高的范围是20.6~47.6 m;在半径为15 m的筒仓内安全堆高的范围是19.3~40.2 m;在半径为20 m的筒仓内安全堆高的范围是18.8~37.4 m;筒仓内大豆堆的安全堆高随着含水率、筒仓直径、储藏期的增大而减小。
The equilibrium differential equations for layered compression of soybean in silo were established.The stress distribution values of soybean stacks in silo were obtained by solving the differential equation of compression equilibrium.A model of soybean grain stacking model in silo was established.The relationship between the stress of the soybean stack and the pressure of the soybean grain in the silo were obtained by solving the stacking model.The relationship between pressure and plastic strain of soybean were determined by experimenting.The plastic strain of 0.4%produced in soybean seed was set to the threshold value of grain damage.Combining the grain pressure and plastic strain of soybean with different depth in silo,the safe region of soybean heap height was given.The results of calculation and experiment indicated that:when the moisture content was 8.58%~15.01%w.b.and the storage time was 60~240 days,the safe stack height range was 20.6~47.6 m in the silo with a radius of 10 m;the safe stack height range was 19.3~40.2 m in the silo with a radius of 15 m;the safe stack height range was 18.8~37.4 m in the silo with a radius of 20 m.The safe height of soybean pile in silo decreased with the increase of moisture content,silo diameter and storage period.
