摘要
为研究风载作用下列车轮轴过盈配合面间的力学及微动特性,根据高速重载列车轮对尺寸以及轮轨尺寸,基于Abaqus有限元软件建立了高速重载列车轮轨运行模型,模拟了风载作用下轮对在轮轨上运行1周的过程,并结合Matlab数据分析软件以及Excel分析了高速重载列车运行过程中风载对过盈配合面上的应力分布状态的影响,分别得到了过盈配合面上的Mises应力、径向应力和切向应力三维分布图,同时对过盈配合面轴向微动滑移和周向滑移分布进行了分析,基于仿真结果得到过盈配合面上节点的三维微动滑移轨迹图。分析力学和滑移轨迹分布图得出轮轴过盈配合面上Mises应力、径向应力,切向应力以及滑移量在不同节点位置处的力学和滑移特性。
To study the mechanical and fretting characteristics between the interference fitting surfaces of train axle under wind load,according to the wheel set size and the rail size of the high-speed heavy-duty train,the rail operation model of the high-speed heavy-duty train was built based on finite element software Abaqus.One cycle operation process of wheel set on the rail under wind load was simulated,and the influence of wind load on stress distribution state on the interference fitting surface during the high-speed heavy-duty train operation process was analyzed combining with the data analysis software Matlab and Excel.3 D distribution diagrams of Mises stress,radial stress and tangential stress on the interference fitting surface were obtained,respectively.At the same time,axial fretting slip and circumferential slip distribution of the interference fitting surface were analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the 3 D fretting slip trajectory of nodes on the interference fitting surface was obtained.Based on the mechanical and slip trajectory distribution diagrams,the mechanical and slip characteristics of Mises stress,radial stress,tangential stress and slip at different node locations were obtained.
