摘要
以水泥和40~80目、20~40目、10~20目三种粒径石英砂等为主要原料,在压缩比1.1、1.2、1.3时制备微孔吸声材料,试样各频段吸声系数不同,但在100~1600Hz各频段的吸声系数最高,且试样抗压强度和抗折强度差别不大,最小分别为19.6、3.5MPa。选取10~20目粒径石英砂以压缩比1.3配制厚度为20mm的试样,后留100mm空腔混响室法测试降噪系数达0.74。
The porous sound material was prepared at the compression ratio of 1.1,1.2 and 1.3,with cement and quartz sand of 40~80 mesh,20~40 mesh and 10~20 mesh as the main raw materials.Although the sound absorption coefficient of each frequency band was different,the sound absorption coefficient at 100~1600 Hz is the highest.Moreover,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the samples are with the minimum value 19.6 MPa and 3.5 MPa respectively.In addition,the 10~20 mesh quartz sand with compression ratio of 1.3 was selected to prepare 20 mm thick sample,and the noise reduction coefficient was 0.74 by leaving 100 mm cavity reverberation chamber.
