摘要
目的:探讨尪痹胶囊在老年类风湿关节炎(RA)患者中的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析128例老年RA患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为研究组(67例)与对照组(61例),研究组采用尪痹胶囊联合来氟米特治疗,对照组采用来氟米特治疗,比较两组DAS 28评分、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP),白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、疼痛评分、功能改善效果。结果:治疗后,研究组DAS 28评分、VAS评分、ESR、CRP、IL-17水平均低于对照组,改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而治疗后,研究组IL-10水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对RA患者采用尪痹胶囊治疗,可有效改善其临床症状,利于缓解疼痛程度,以及降低免疫炎症反应作用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Wangbi capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:The clinical data of 128 elderly patients with RA were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(67 cases)and control group(61 cases).The study group was treated with Wangbi capsule combined with leflunomide,and the control group was treated with leflunomide.The DAS 28 score,Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),Interleukin-17(IL-17),Interleukin-10(IL-10),pain score and functional improvement score of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the levels of DAS 28,VAS,ESR,CRP and IL-17 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the effect of functional improvement was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-10 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of RA patients with Wangbi capsule can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,relieve pain and reduce the role of immune inflammation.
