摘要 目的探讨早期保健启智训练对促进婴儿身心发展的影响。方法于2018年10至12月从上海市长宁区妇幼保健院儿童保健部早教班中随机选取60例婴儿,作为研究组;另随机选取到该院儿童保健门诊行常规体检的婴儿60例为对照组。研究组按照"专业保健-家庭-社区"联合的模式接受专项早期保健启智训练,对照组按儿童保健的要求仅需完成保健体检。采用《0~6岁儿童神经心理发育量表》评估6月龄、12月龄时婴儿的神经心理发育情况。结果研究组婴儿6月龄时的大运动、精细动作、社会行为得分均高于对照组(t值分别为4.081、4.961、4.332,均P<0.05);而在适应能力和语言方面得分两组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。研究组婴儿12月龄时的大运动、精细动作、语言、社会行为得分均高于对照组(t值分别为5.396、4.939、5.127、4.786,均P<0.05)。研究组婴儿6月龄、12月龄的发育商分别为(90.45±10.21)、(94.72±11.36),对照组分别为(79.11±7.36)、(81.61±7.93),研究组婴儿6月龄、12月龄的发育商均高于对照组(t值分别为6.675、7.712,均P<0.05)。结论有计划、系统性的早期保健启智训练有助于激发婴儿大脑潜能,促进婴儿神经心理发育。 Objective To explore the effect of children early development training on promoting the neuropsychological development of infants.Methods From October 2018 to December 2018,60 newborns were randomly selected from the early education class of the children’s Health Department of Shanghai Changning District Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the study group,and another 60 newborns were randomly selected from the children’s health clinic as the control group.The control group only needs to complete the health checkup according to the child care requirements.The study group received special early development training by the "professional health-family-community" model.The neuropsychological development scale for children aged 0 to 6 was used to assess the neuropsychological development of infants at the age of 6 months and 12 months.Results The gross movement,fine movement and social behavior of infants in the study group at the age of 6 months were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=4.081,4.961 and 4.332,respectively,all P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in adaptability and language between the two groups(both P>0.05).The gross movement,fine movement,language and social behavior of infants in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=5.396,4.939,5.127 and 4.786,respectively,all P<0.05).The developmental quotients of infants at 6 months and 12 months of age in the study group were(90.45±10.21) and(94.72±11.36),while those in the control group were(79.11±7.36) and(81.61±7.93).The developmental quotient of 6-month-old and 12-month-old infants in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=6.675 and 7.712,respectively,both P<0.01).Conclusion The planned and systematic training of children’s health care and enlightenment is helpful to stimulate the brain potential and promote the neuropsychological development of infants.
