摘要
以船体结构相关焊接标准为依据,选择MySQL数据库,采用Visual Basic程序开发语言,按照数据库设计的有关方法和理论,分别进行了船舶焊接工艺数据库、数据库管理系统和数据库界面的设计,开发出了功能较为完整的船舶焊接工艺数据库系统,提供了用户登录、数据管理、系统设置和帮助等四大模块.结果表明,该焊接数据库系统的建立,能初步为焊接加工人员提供工艺设计指导,为船舶焊接提供可靠的数据参考,对于缩短焊接工艺准备周期、提高焊接工作效率和焊接工艺数据管理水平具有重要意义.
Based on the welding standards of ship structure,by choosing MySQL database,Visual Basic programming language and the relevant methods and theories of database design,the design of ship welding database,database management system and database interface are carried out,respectively.A relatively complete database system of ship welding process is developed,which provides four functions of user login,data management,system settings and help.The results show that the establishment of the welding database system can initially provide process design guidance for welding processors and reliable data reference for ship welding.It is of great significance to shorten the preparation period of welding process,improve the efficiency of welding work and improve the management level of welding process data.
