摘要
苦荬菜(Ixeris polycephala Cass)作为牧区代表牧草之一,具有多种生理及药理功能,亟待开发和利用。研究表明,苦荬菜的药用价值极高,可用于抑制肿瘤、抑菌、降低血糖和血脂以及治疗心脑血管疾病等。该文阐述了苦荬菜的生理活性、化学成分和营养成分,分析了苦荬菜的抗氧化活性及其药理活性,阐明了苦荬菜的药理功能及其在医学上的应用价值,对现已开发的功能和亟待开发的功能进行了分类和整理,并展望了苦荬菜未来的研究方向。
Ixeris polycephala Cass,as one of the representative forages in pastoral area,has many physiological and pharmacological functions,which need to be developed and utilized urgently.It can be used to inhibit tumor,inhibit bacteria,reduce blood sugar and blood lipid,and treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In this paper,the physiological activity,chemical and nutritional components of Ixeris was described,the antioxidative activity and pharmacological activity of Ixeris are summarized,and the pharmacological function of Ixeris and its application val⁃ue in medicine are expounded.The functions that have been developed and the functions that need to be developed are classified and sorted out,and the future research direction of IIxeris is prospected.
