摘要
国家“一带一路”倡议的推进赋予高等教育国际化新使命。基于全球经济一体化对国际化人才的需求,以沈阳航空航天大学国际经济与贸易专业国际化人才培养为例,从确立培养目标、重构培养方案、组建教学团队、探索教学模式、实施国际交流合作项目及开展校企合作等角度,详细介绍国际经济与贸易专业国际化人才培养的探索与实践,以期对国际商务类专业国际化人才培养模式有所借鉴。
With the promotion of initiative of“One Belt And One Road”,higher education has been endowed with a new mission of internationalization.Based on the requirements of global economic integration on international talents,with international talents cultivation of international economic and trade in Shenyang Aerospace University as an example,this paper introduces the exploration and practice of international talents cultivation in international economic and trade international from establishing cultivation goal,refactoring cultivation scheme,establishing teaching team,exploring teaching mode,implementing international exchanges and cooperation projects and university-enterprise cooperation for reference of talents cultivation mode of international business specialty.
