摘要
目前铝渣中的氟化物对环境的影响已经成为人们关注重点之一。为了能够准确测定铝渣中的氟化物含量,实验对超声时间、固液比以及Al3+和Ca2+同时存在下的干扰进行了研究。确定了最佳超声时间为20 min,以固液比为1∶20进行超声提取,提取液移取体积为5 mL,加入总离子强度溶液15 mL的方法来消除质量浓度不大于25 mg/L Al^3+和Ca^2+的干扰,运用离子选择电极法准确测定铝渣中的氟化物,得到标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.3 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于2%,加标回收率在90.8%~108%。同时用超声提取法对样品进行前处理,分别运用离子选择电极法和离子色谱法对铝渣中的氟化物进行测定,两者测定结果一致,方法的准确度良好。
At present,the environmental impact of fluoride in aluminum slag has become one of the focuses of people’s attention.In order to accurately determine the fluoride content in aluminum slag,the ultrasonic time,solid-liquid ratio and interference in the presence of Al^3+and Ca^2+were studied experimentally.The optimal ultrasonic time was 20 minutes.The solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20 for ultrasonic extraction.The optimal extraction volume of the extraction solution is 5 mL,adding 15 mL of total ionic strength solution to eliminate interference of Al3+and Ca2+at mass concentrations not greater than 25 mg/L.Using ion-selective electrode method to accurately determine fluoride in aluminum slag,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9999.The detection limit of the method was 0.3 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 2%.The recoveries were between 90.8%and 108%.At the same time,the ion-selective electrode method and ion chromatography were used to determine fluoride in aluminum slag,and the results were consistent.
