摘要
介绍了一种占空比可达100%,脉冲宽度可达毫秒级的固态浮动板调制器,采用调制管和截尾管互补导通的方式,解决了脉冲变压器传输宽脉冲易饱和的问题;同时,解决了高占空比工作状态下,负偏压偏置电阻功耗大的问题,有利于浮动板调制器的小型化和模块化。文中借用仿真手段展开前期设计,并通过实验验证了该设计达到预期目标,效果良好。
A kind of solid-state floating-board modulator with duty cycle up to 100%and pulse width up to millisecond level is introduced.By means of complementary conduction of modulator tubes and truncation tubes in the board,the problems of easy saturation when pulse transformer transmits wide pulse are solved.At the same time,the problem of large power consumption of negative bias resistance under the working state of high duty cycle is solved,which is beneficial to miniaturization and modularization of floating-board modulator.The simulation method is used to carry out the preliminary design,and through the experimental verification,the design is proved to achieve the expected design goals with good results.
