摘要
在乡村振兴和文旅融合两大背景下,乡村旅游将发挥更大的作用。旅游管理专业学生作为农业高素质人才的重要来源,是未来乡村振兴中坚力量的重要组成部分。可以通过培养学生的专业认同感,强化学生的责任感和使命感以及加强校政企三方合作等方式进一步做好旅游管理人才培养工作。
Under the background of rural revitalization and cultural tourism integration,rural tourism will play a greater role.As an important source of high-quality agricultural talents,tourism management students are an important part of the backbone of rural revitalization in the future.The training of tourism management talents can be further improved by cultivating students’professional identity,strengthening students’sense of responsibility and mission,and strengthening tripartite cooperation between schools,government,and enterprises.
