摘要
校企合作打破了传统人才培养的校园壁垒,人才培养对接市场需求,解决了供需错位的局面。然而,由于高校的办学定位和办学条件的差异性,校企合作也出现种种问题。盲目跟风导致合作易、融合难的窘境。校企合作不仅提供人才培养新模式,更重要的是为人才培养提供了新理念、新路径。
College-enterprise cooperation has broken the traditional barriers of talent training.Talent training meeting market demand solves the misalignment of supply and demand.However,due to the differences in school positioning and school conditions,various problems have arisen in school-enterprise cooperation.Blindly following the cooperation leads to the difficulty of integration between college and enterprise.College-enterprise cooperation not only provides a new mode of student-cultivation,but also a new idea and path for cultivating students.
