摘要
本文概述了青岛市在农药管理和执法工作中健全工作机制,创新执法思路,加强队伍建设等方面作出的有益探索和成效,打造了农药监管执法"青岛模式",分析了存在问题,结合工作实际,提出了新时期加强农药管理和执法工作的几点建议。
This paper summarized Qingdao’s beneficial exploration and achievements in the fields of pesticide management and enforcement,improving the working mechanism,innovating the ideas of enforcement,strengthening the team building,etc.,through which the "Qingdao Mode" of pesticide supervision and enforcement was established. The existing problems were analyzed and some suggestions on strengthening pesticide management and enforcement in the new era were put forward.
