摘要
本文将信息论基本原理引入到逆变器故障诊断中,针对典型的两电平电压源逆变器提出了一种基于信息爛的开路故障诊断方法。将一个电流周期信息根据信号的幅值划分为若干个事件,统计正常和故障模式下各事件对应概率,实时计算信源信息爛的大小,据此判断逆变器是否发生故障。该方法原理简单,计算量小,实验结果表明其对负载变化具有良好的鲁棒性。
This paper introduces the basic principle of information theory into the fault diagnosis of inverter,and proposes an open circuit fault diagnosis method based on information entropy for typical two-level voltage source inverter.A current cycle information is divided into several events according to the amplitude of the signal.The corresponding probability of each eve nt un der no rmal and fault modes is cou nted,and the informatio n en tropy of the source is calculated in real time to judge whether the inverter has fault.The principle of the method is simple and the calculation is small.The experimental results show that the method has good robustness to load changes.
