摘要
目的观察CO2激光联合复方安息香酊雾化吸入治疗声带息肉的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月,声带息肉患者110例,利用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组患者55例。对照组采取支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下手术治疗;观察组支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下使用CO2激光,激光术后联合复方安息香酊雾化吸入治疗,记录两组患者首次发声时间、声音完全恢复时间、出院时间,术后3d观察两组患者的临床疗效、并发症,术后6个月统计复发情况。结果术后3d,观察组首次发声时间、声音完全恢复时间、出院时间均短于对照组;总有效率、治疗满意度均高于对照组;术后6个月复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜比较,在声带息肉治疗中加用CO2激光联合复方安息香酊雾化吸入取得的疗效更佳,术后复发率更低,值得加以推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of CO2 laser combined with compound benzoin tincture atomized inhalation in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods Totally 110 patients with vocal cord polyps from Jan.2017 to Dec.2018 were selected and divided randomly into two groups:the control group and observation group(55 patients in each group).The patients in the control group were treated with support laryngoscope and nasal endoscope,and those in the observation group with CO2 laser in addition.The first vocalization time,sound complete recovery time and discharge time of all the patients in both groups were recorded.Their clinical efficacy and complications were observed and their recurrence data was calculated 6 months after the operation.Results The first vocalization time,complete sound recovery time and discharge time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group.The total effective rate and treatment satisfaction were higher in the observation than in the control group,and the recurrence rate lower than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of complications in the two groups were comparable,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with the simple combination of support laryngoscope and endoscopic surgery,the addition of CO2 laser and compound benzoin sputum has better curative effect and lower recurrence rate in the treatment of vocal cord polyps,which is worthy of popularization.
