摘要
改善基层医疗卫生状况是医疗改革的重要一环。为适应我国卫生事业的发展,教育部、卫生部共同组织实施“卓越医生教育培养计划”,为农村定向培养医学人才。该文结合湖北医药学院“五年制临床医学免费医学生班”人才培养实际,在完善培训方案、改善基层工作环境、出台相应的政策的基础上,针对面向农村订单式的定向免费医学教育人才培养暴露的问题,提出了改进办法并对后续培养方案提出了优化建议。
To improve the medical and health status at the primary level is an important part of the medical reform.In order to adapt to the development of China's health service,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health jointly organize and implement the"excellent doctor education and training program"to train medical talents in rural areas.According to the"five-year free class for clinical medical students"talent training practice of Hubei University of Medicine,on the basis of perfecting training programs,improving the basic working environment,introducing appropriate policies,improved measures and follow-up training scheme optimization are suggested to solve the problems encountered in the rural order-directed free medical education.
