摘要
供电系统作为LNG接收站的动力核心,其安全稳定可靠运行对于保障LNG接收站的安全生产具有重要作用。谐波作为供电质量的指标之一,是衡量供电系统运行安全可靠的重要依据,通过对接收站供电系统不同测试点测试数据分析,LNG接收站谐波源主要来自变频器、电动机、泵、UPS等。采用传统的无源滤波设备不能起到很好的滤波效果,通过对比表明,采用有源滤波装置(APF)可以有效消除谐波并可以抑制电压波动和闪变,提高电能质量,降低对供电系统自动化保护装置正常运行的干扰,从而保证LNG接收站供电系统的安全可靠运行。
As the core of LNG receiving station,the safety and stability of the power supply system plays an important role in ensuring the safety production of LNG receiving station.As one of the main indicators for the quality of power supply,harmonic is an important factor to measure the safety and reliability of the power supply system.By analyzing the test data of different test points of LNG receiving station power supply system,it is concluded that the main harmonic sources of LNG receiving station are from frequency converters,motors,pumps,UPS,etc.Using the traditional passive filter equipment cannot play a good filtering effect.Through comparison,it is shown that the active power filter(APF)can eliminate harmonics effectively,restrain voltage fluctuation and flicker,improve power quality,and reduce the disturbance to the normal operation of the automatic protection device for power supply system,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the LNG receiving station power supply system.
