摘要
通过对青海某低品位铜铅锌银多金属矿工艺矿物学研究,查明该矿石中铜、铅、锌、银的含量分别为0.26%、1.23%、0.70%、44g/t。其中氧化铅、氧化锌的占有率分别为26.35%、17.0%,氧化矿物的嵌布粒度微细,银矿物以包裹体形式嵌布于方铅矿、氧化铅、闪锌矿和脉石中。而矿石中大量的绢云母、黑云母及绿泥石等在磨矿过程中容易生成矿泥进而恶化选矿环境。综上可知,该矿属于低品位难选矿石。因此,在选别过程中应采取适宜细度,并注意脉石矿物的影响。
Based on the study of process mineralogy of a copper lead zinc silver polymetallic ore in Qinghai province,it is found that the contents of copper,lead,zinc and silver in the ore are 0.26%,1.23%,0.70% and 44 g/t respectively.The percentage of lead oxide and zinc oxide is 26.35% and 17.0%respectively.The size of oxide minerals is fine.Silver minerals are embedded in galena,lead oxide,sphalerite and gangue in the form of inclusions.However,a large number of sericite,biotite and chlorite in the ore are easy to produce slime and worsen the ore dressing environment.In conclusion,the ore is a low-grade refractory ore.Therefore,in the process of separation,we should take appropriate fineness and pay attention to the influence of gangue minerals,and strive to improve the comprehensive recovery index of copper,lead,zinc and silver.
