摘要
为从微观角度分析活性氧化镁固化软土的提高强度效能机理,通过X射线衍射试验与扫描电镜试验对养护期达到7 d,14 d,28 d试件进行相关试验,分析了其不同时期的水化化学反应生成物质、微观形态及微观结构的变化。结果表明:活性氧化镁能促使土颗粒团粒化效应,同时进一步促进水泥水化反应,反应形成的结晶晶体填补颗粒间空隙,形成骨架密实结构,提高了软土整体的强度。
For studying the effect of cement solidifying soft soil by reactive magnesia in highway engineering from microscopical viewpoint,X-ray diffractometer(XRD)test and scanning electron microscope(SEM)test were executed.The tests were carried out on the samples with three different age periods of 7 days,14 days and 28 days.The generation material of hydration reaction,micro-morphology and microstructure during the different periods were analyzed.The test results showed that the reactive magnesia as an admixture may further promoted the degree of hydration of cement and effectively promote soil particle agglomeration effect,which caused the size of the soil particles to increase continuously.As the forming fine flaky crystals filling the pores between large-volume crystals,the interlocking dense skeleton structure in soil were produced which can greatly enhance the total strength of soft soil.
