摘要
光学测量方法是高频振动检测领域新的研究方向。该论文研发了由光纤振动检测传感器、光纤振动信号检测单元等系统组成的一个振动检测系统,使用端面反射的基本原理。振动信号经过光纤振动传感器转化为光信号,再经过检测单元转化为电信号,最终得到测量频率。实验测得该系统的频率响应范围是2~33 kHz,测量误差小于0.21%。该系统的光纤振动传感器是强度调制型光纤传感器,避免了波长解调,相对于其他光学测量系统具有测量带宽广、测量频率高、振动传感器设计简洁等优点。
The optical measurement technique became the new development direction in the field of high frequency vibration measurement.In this paper,a high frequency vibration detection system of optical fiber sensing has been designed the detection system is composed of the optical fiber vibration sensor and the detection unit of optical fiber vibration signal,based on facet reflection principle.The vibration signal is converted into light signal through the optical fiber vibration sensor,and then converted into electrical signal by the detection unit.In this way,the vibration signal is detected.The sensor is reflective intensity modulation fiber-optic sensor,which avoids demodulating the reflecting wavelength Comparing to other FBG sensors,the sensor structure is simple.In the experiment,the measurement range is from 2 kHz to 33 kHz,and the frequency measurement error is below 0.2%.Comparing with other optical methods of vibration measurement,the detection system has a wider bandwidth,higher responsefrequency and simple design of the sensor.
