摘要
“80后”“90后”劳动力作为新生代劳动力的主力军,同时也是劳动力就业流动的主力军,他们更加向往对美好生活的追求,这促使他们为了实现美好生活而进行就业流动。文章以广西河池市金城江区教育社区为例,基于该社区的“80后”“90后”劳动力就业流动状况的调查数据建立二元Logistic回归模型分析影响就业流动的显著因素。结果表明,性别、务工渠道以及社区就业情况因素对就业流动不产生显著的影响关系,从事产业、文化程度、婚姻状况、年龄因素对就业流动产生显著的影响关系,并结合这些就业流动因素的影响程度,从人力资源的角度提出充分开发“80后”“90后”劳动力的建议,进而促进当地经济发展。
As the main force of the new generation of labor force, the "post-80 s" and "post-90 s" labor force is also the main force of labor force employment flow. They yearn for the pursuit of a better life, which urges them to carry out employment flow in order to achieve a better life. Taking education community in Jinchengjiang District of Hechi City, Guangxi as an example, this paper establishes a binary.logistic regression model based on the survey data of the post-80 s and post-90 s labor force employment mobility in this community to analyze the significant factors affecting employment mobility. The results show that gender, employment channels and community employment situation have no significant influence on employment flow. Industry, educational level, marital status and age have significant influence on employment flow. Combined with the influence degree of these employment flow factors, from the perspective of human resources, this paper puts forward some suggestions to fully develop the "post-80 s" and "post-90 s" labor force, so as to promote the local economic development.
