摘要
目的探讨熊去氧胆酸联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床效果。方法选取我院产科收治的80例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,熊去氧胆酸)和观察组(40例,熊去氧胆酸+腺苷蛋氨酸)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的总胆红素、直接胆红素水平、皮肤瘙痒评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的生活质量各维度得分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床效果显著,可降低胆红素水平,缓解皮肤瘙痒症状,有利于提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy admitted in the obstetrics department of our hospital were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,ursodeoxycholic acid)and observation group(40 cases,ursodeoxycholic acid+adenosylmethionine)by random number table.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and skin pruritus score of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of quality of life of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy has a significant clinical effect,which can reduce the level of bilirubin,relieve skin itching symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
