Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom based on the simulator system in physical diagnostics training courses. Methods 102 five-year clinical medicine students were divided into two groups,51 in the control group were taught by traditional teaching method, and 51 in the experimental group were taught by flip classroom teaching method based on the simulator system. The teaching effects were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Results The experimental group was superior to the traditional teaching method group in terms of increasing the interest of the classroom, improving the ability to analyze and solve problems, developing the ability of independent learning, and improving the ability of communication and expression(P<0.05).The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The flipped classroom based on the simulator system can improve the independent learning and problem-solving ability of medical undergraduates in physical diagnostics learning, enhance their hands-on ability, and improve their academic performance.
