虚拟样机技术在齿轮减速器设计中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用三维参数化设计软件UG和机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS,建立了NGW31行星齿轮减速器的虚拟样机模型。对虚拟样机模型进行运动学和动力学仿真,得到齿轮减速器的各级转速、齿轮啮合力等参数,并分别对这些物理量进行了分析。通过仿真结果可知,这些参数与理论计算值相吻合,验证了虚拟样机技术可运用于减速器产品设计中,可为产品的进一步优化设计和工程分析提供依据。 Taking the 3D design software UG and simulation software of virtual prototype ADAMS as the platform,virtual prototype model of NGW type planetary gear reducer is built.It has been carried on dynamics simulation analysis to the virtual prototype of the reducer,all levels of rotational speeds,the gear engaging force are obtained;It also has an analysis of the time course and the frequency course separately to these physical quantities.Simulation results show that the virtual prototype was right,by comparing these parameters with theoretical value,which provides evidence for the optimized design and engineering analysis.
