黄河河口人工出汊时机和北汊河启用分析 被引量:4

Timing of Artificial Avulsion of the Yellow River Estuary and Start Using the Beichahe Course

摘要 根据刁口河流路末期自然出汊点不断上提的演变特征以及清8汊河人工出汊的实践,提出黄河河口人工出汊宜在自然出汊点抵达高潮线附近时,并充分利用海域容沙能力、结合重大生产需求进行实施。现行清水沟流路在2004年和2007年出现两次较大规模自然出汊。出汊点上提2.5 km并接近高潮线,口门摆动距离达到7.2 km,表明清8汊河流路已处于“重新出汊”的行河末期。清水沟流路达到改道标准时,沙嘴延伸过长,将继续侵占孤东海域容沙空间。另外,孤东海堤附近海域自清8改汊以来水深最大增加了5 m,在波浪作用下仍将继续冲深。建议近期开展启用北汊河研究,实现缩短河长、充分利用孤东海域容沙能力、减缓孤东海堤侵蚀、支援油田开采等目的。 Artificial avulsion of the Yellow River estuary should be carried out when natural avulsion location had been moved gradually up⁃stream to the high tide line,for better use of sediment storing capacity of the ambient waters and for meeting major social and economic de⁃mands.Two large⁃scale natural avulsions occurred in 2004 and 2007 in the Qing8 Course,with the avulsion locations moving upstream 2.5 km,reaching the high tide line and shifting lower course by as long as 7.2 km,which indicatd the current course had evolved to the last stage.The current course would severely reduce the sediment⁃storing capacity of the ambient sea area at Gudong sea dike when the avulsion standard was met if the course was kept running the way as it does now.The water depth at the Gudong sea dike had been increased to as deep as 5 m and would continue due to waves and current.It is supposed that an investigation about early man⁃made changing to Beichahe Course should be done in the years to come to shorten the river length,make full use of sea dynamics and sediment storing capacity,slow down the erosion near the Gudong sea dike and support local oil exploitation.
