摘要
研究旨在针对复合植物水提物对奶牛乳房炎主要病原微生物金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的体外抑菌活性进行研究。采用牛津杯法和二倍稀释法测定11种复合植物水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:采用牛津杯法测得复合物连翘+蒲公英、金银花+蒲公英、金银花+蒲公英+益母草+连翘对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果较好,复合物连翘+益母草相对于其他复合物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制最低;复合物连翘+蒲公英、金银花+蒲公英+益母草+连翘对大肠杆菌具有一定的抑制效果,而其他复合物对其抑制效果不明显。采用二倍稀释法测得金银花+蒲公英+益母草+连翘抑制效果明显,MBC值为3.91 mg/ml,金银花+连翘+益母草、金银花+连翘+蒲公英、蒲公英+金银花+益母草、金银花+蒲公英对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果较明显,MBC值均为7.81 mg/ml,复合植物水提物连翘+益母草、蒲公英+益母草对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果相对较弱,MBC值均为125 mg/ml;复合物连翘+益母草+蒲公英、连翘+蒲公英、金银花+蒲公英+益母草+连翘对大肠杆菌的抑制效果较为明显,MBC值均为125 mg/ml,复合物金银花+连翘+益母草、金银花+连翘+蒲公英、金银花+益母草对大肠杆菌的抑制不明显,MBC值均大于500 mg/ml。结果提示,不同的复合植物水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制效果存在差异性,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果相对于大肠杆菌更为明显。
This study aimed to investigate the in vitro antibacterial activity of compound plant water extracts against S.aureus and E.coli,the inhibition zone diameter,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)against S.aureus and E.coli were determined by Oxford cup method and double dilution method for the compound plant water extracts.The results showed that the compound for Forsythia+Dandelion,Honeysuckle+Dandelion,Honeysuckle+Dandelion+Motherwort+Forsythia had better inhibitory effects on S.aureus,and the compound for Forsythia suspensa+motherwort had the lowest inhibition on S.aureus compared with the others;the other compounds had no obvious inhibitory effects on E.coli in addition to the compound forsythia and dandelion,the compounds for honeysuckle+forsythia+motherwort,honeysuckle+forsythia+dandelion,dandelion+honeysuckle+motherwort,honeysuckle+dandelion had a significant inhibitory effect on S.aureus,and MBC was7.81 mg/ml;and the compound for forsythia+motherwort,dandelion+motherwort had a relatively less inhibitory effect on S.aureus,MBC was 125 mg/ml;the compound for forsythia+motherwort+dandelion,forsythia+dandelion,honeysuckle+dandelion+motherwort+Forsythia suspensa had strong inhibitory on E.coli,the MBC was125 mg/ml.The compound for honeysuckle+forsythia+motherwort,honeysuckle+forsythia+dandelion,honeysuckle+motherwort had no significant inhibition on E.coli,MBC was more than 500 mg/ml.The results suggested that different compound plant water extracts had different inhibitory effects on S.aureus and E.coli,and the inhibitory effects on S.aureus were more significant than E.coli.
