摘要
乙烯和1-辛烯聚合产生的聚乙烯树脂塑性体和弹性体,均是高端聚烯烃产品,应用性能优异.乙烯和1-辛烯高温溶液法生产聚乙烯弹性体技术在国外已经实现工业化,而国内近年来急需开发这类技术并实现工业化,其中技术的关键是催化剂和聚合反应条件的控制.本文对近30年来的乙烯和1-辛烯聚合催化体系,包含催化剂、助催化剂、溶剂、反应条件、聚合物物性等的研究进展进行了概述.文中以催化剂体系的发展为主线,探讨催化剂结构对反应性能的影响,分析体系中多种因素如温度、压力、催化剂浓度、助催化剂等对反应活性的调控,讨论催化反应机理.
Polymerization of ethylene and 1-octene produces polyolefins such as plastomers and elastomers that are of high value in industrial applications.The key technique,in situ solution polymerization at high temperature,has been developed and employed abroad in the industry where the polyolefins produced have been used worldwide.However,this technique is lacking in our industry,thus has been an urgent target for us to develop in recent years.The crucial points of this technique is the catalyst as well as the control of the polymerization conditions.This contribution will be focused on the research advances in important catalytic polymerization systems developed in recent 30 years,which include the main catalysts,cocatalysts,solvents,reaction conditions,physical properties of the polymers produced and so on.The catalysts with versatile structures can exert more accurate controls over the polymerization activity and the polymer stereostructures.The development of the catalyst systems so far reported is the clue of this article,which leads us to discuss the correlations between the structures and the functions of the catalysts.The remarkable influences on the catalytic reaction activity of key factors,such as temperature,ethylene pressure,catalyst concentration,cocatalyst types and so on,are illustrated,and the reaction mechanism is discussed.
