摘要
目的测定广东养殖的海葡萄中多糖、多酚、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、灰分、水分的含量,并比较4个产区的10批不同附着基质和养殖周期的海葡萄样品中上述营养成分的含量差异,探讨影响海葡萄中营养成分含量高低的因素。方法运用苯酚硫酸比色法测定海葡萄中多糖的含量;以紫外分光光度法测定海葡萄中多酚的含量;采用索氏抽提法,凯氏定氮法,灼烧法,直接干燥法分别测定海葡萄中粗脂肪、粗蛋白、灰分以及水分含量并比较分析其差异。结果10批海葡萄样品中主要成分的质量分数均值分别为:水分为94.38%,灰分为33.12%,粗脂肪为0.70%,蛋白质为11.76%,多糖为31.19%,多酚为0.60%。其次,除水分之外的其他5种成分,在不同批次海葡萄之间的含量差异具有显著性。结论不同批次海葡萄之间成分含量的显著性差异,与产区、附着基质以及养殖周期等因素有关。
Objective By measuring the content of polysaccharides,polyphenol,crude fat,crude protein,ash and water in Caulerpa lentillifera from Guangdong province.And analyzing the content differences of the above nutrients in 10 batches of C.lentillifera with different culture cycle and attaching substratum were compared in 4 producing areas.Methods To determine the contents of polysaccharide from C.lentillifera by sulfuric acid-phenol method.And determine the contents of polyphenols by visible-ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Soxhlet extraction method,kjeldahl method,calcination method and direct drying method was used to determine the crude fat,crude protein,ash and water content of C.lentillifera,and analyzing the content differences of the above nutrients.Results Firstly,the average content of main components in 10 batches of C.lentillifera from four producing areas was 94.38%water,33.12%ash,0.70%crude fat,11.76%crude protein,31.19%polysaccharide and 0.60%polyphenols.Secondly,there are significant differences in the content of the other 5 components except water among different batches of C.lentillifera.Conclusion The effects of producing areas,attaching substratum and culture cycle and their interactions on contents of main components from C.lentillifera were significant.
