摘要
综述了山梨醇的市场前景及国内生产规模,总结了山梨醇的工业制备方法和生产山梨醇的热点催化剂。调研了以山梨醇为原料,催化制备化工醇、异山梨醇、烷烃、腈类、氢气等重要化工产品的反应机理及催化剂体系,考察了山梨醇在合成聚醚、树脂等领域的应用前景。提高山梨醇附加值,扩展下游产业链,通过山梨醇生产重要化工产品符合当前的发展趋势。研发、改进高性能及高选择性的催化剂是山梨醇向其他化工产品转化的关键环节。
The market prospect and domestic production scale of sorbitol is investigated in this paper.The methods and the hotspots catalysts for sorbitol′s industrial preparation are summarized.The reacting mechanism and catalytic system of chemical products such as low-carbon alcohols,isosorbitol,alkanes,nitriles,and hydrogen from sorbitol are explored.The application prospect of sorbitol in synthesis of polyether and resin is investigated.It is found that increasing the added value of sorbitol,expanding the downstream industrial chain,and producing important chemical products with sorbitol are in line with the current development trend,therefore,the research and development of catalysts with high performance and selectivity is crucial for the conversion of sorbitol to chemical products.
