计及能量补给时刻非整的远洋海岛群微网日前调度策略 被引量:3

A Day-ahead Scheduling Strategy for Pelagic-clustering-island Microgrid With Incomplete Energy Replenishment Times

摘要 具有传输延迟特性的能量流参与电网调度时,现有的以小时计的日前调度往往直接对能量包出发/到达时间取整,导致优化结果出现较大误差,而细化日前调度时间单位后再取整,将引起优化变量剧增、求解压力显著增加。为此,该文建立适配日前调度体系的微网优化调度模型,并将其应用到远洋海岛群能量经济调度中。首先,针对基于储电船舶(electric vessel,EV)实现海岛群能量流动的设想,量化分析环境因子场对能量供给–输送–需求的综合影响。进而,考虑到EV岛际转移时间的可变特性,建立兼容差异化延迟时间的岛际能量传输模型。在此基础上,针对岛际能流传输延时的非整问题,提出适配日前调度体系的微网优化调度策略。最后,采用快速群搜索算法(fast group search optimizer,FGSO),实现优化模型的高效求解。仿真验证所提策略的合理性与可行性。 For the energy flow with the transmission delay property participating in the power grid dispatching,its departure and arrival time are often directly rounded to adapt the classical hourly day-ahead dispatching system,resulting in large errors of the optimization results.Meanwhile,if the scheduling time unit is refined and then rectified,the number of the optimization variables and solution pressure will increase significantly.Therefore,a new microgrid optimization scheduling model which can adapt the day-ahead scheduling system was established in this paper,and it is applied to the energy economic scheduling of pelagic clustering islands.Firstly,considering the energy flow between islands based on the electric vessel(EV),the comprehensive influence of the environmental factor field on energy supply-transmissiondemand was quantitatively analyzed.Furthermore,an inter-island energy transfer model compatible with differential delay time was established.On this basis,to solve the non-integral point problem of inter-island energy flow transmission delay,a microgrid optimal scheduling strategy adapting to the day-ahead scheduling system was proposed.Finally,the fast group search optimizer algorithm was used to achieve the efficient solution.The simulation results verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed strategy.
