摘要
传统智能楼宇存在功能集成度低、维护管理成本高和运营效率低的缺点,难以适应现代化新型楼宇的建设和发展。物联网等技术的快速发展和应用有力的推动了楼宇信息化的建设,提高了楼宇的智能化水平。文章详细阐述了智能楼宇的网络拓扑架构、物联网管理平台,并对智能楼宇的安保自动化系统、消防自动化系统、通信自动化系统、楼宇自动化系统和办公自动化系统进行了详细设计。基于物联网的智能楼宇系统创造了安全舒适、绿色环保、健康节能的楼宇环境,提高了楼宇自动化、智能化和信息化水平,推动了智能楼宇的发展,具备一定的实践应用价值。
Traditional smart buildings have the disadvantages of low function integration, high maintenance management costs and low operating efficiency, which make it difficult to adapt to the construction and development of modern new buildings. The rapid development and application of the Internet of Things(IoT) and other technologies have strongly promoted the construction of building informatization and improved the level of building intelligence. The article elaborates on the network topology structure and the IoT management platform of the intelligent building, and carries out a detailed design of the Security Automation System(SAS), Fire Automation System(FAS), Communication Automation System(CAS), Building Automation System(BAS) and Office Automation System(OAS) of the intelligent building. The intelligent building system based on the IoT creates a safe and comfortable, green, environmentally friendly, healthy and energy-saving environment, improves the level of building automation, intelligence and informatization, and promotes the development of intelligent buildings, which has certain practical application value.
