摘要
目的分析程序性细胞死亡因子5(PDCD5)表达在子宫内膜癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月南方医科大学附属齐齐哈尔市第一医院诊治的53例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象。将这53例患者设为研究组,并选择同期在南方医科大学附属齐齐哈尔市第一医院接受手术治疗的53例正常增生期子宫内膜组织患者设为对照组。两组患者均行免疫组化方法检测,对比两组患者PDCD5蛋白阳性表达率、PDCD5 mRNA表达量。结果PDCD5蛋白阳性表达率、PDCD5 mRNA表达量比较,研究组患者[(45.28%)和(0.69±0.25)]均显著低于对照组患者[(81.13%)和(1.14±0.30)],组间差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且子宫内膜癌细胞中的PDCD5表达显著下调。结论正常增生期子宫内膜及子宫内膜癌组织中的PDCD5蛋白阳性表达差异显著,在子宫内膜癌细胞中的PDCD5表达显著下调,提示PDCD5表达情况可作为预测子宫内膜癌发生和发展的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the application value of programmed cell death factor 5(PDCD5)expression in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods 53 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to First Hospital of Qiqihar City Affiliated to Southern Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects(study group),and 53 patients with normal hyperplastic endometrial tissue were selected as reference subjects(control group).Both groups were tested by immunohistochemistry.The positive expression rate of PDCD5 protein and PDCD5 mRNA expression were compared between the two groups.Results The positive expression rate of PDCD5 protein and the expression of PDCD5 mRNA were significantly lower in the study group(45.28%,0.69±0.25)than those in the control group(81.13%,1.14±0.30),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and PDCD5 expression in endometrial cancer cells was significantly down-regulated.Conclusions The positive expression of PDCD5 protein in endometrial and endometrial carcinoma tissues is significantly different in normal proliferative phase,and the expression of PDCD5 is significantly down-regulated in endometrial cancer cells,suggesting that PDCD5 expression can be used to predict the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer.
