摘要
目的观察化浊解毒综合治疗方案对慢性肾脏病(CKD)2~3期患者的影响。方法选择2017年10月—2019年3月在河北省中医院肾病科门诊及病房治疗的2~3期CKD患者共160例,按年龄分层,将其随机分为两组,治疗组78例,对照组82例。治疗组采用化浊解毒综合治疗方案,对照组采用尿毒清颗粒口服治疗。3个月为1个疗程。观察两组的总体疗效,治疗前后的中医证候积分、肾功能[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)]、血红蛋白(HGB)及血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后两组患者中医症状积分、Scr、BUN、TGF-β1均较治疗前降低,且治疗组中医症状积分、Scr、BUN、UA、TGF-β1指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者HGB均较治疗前升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化浊解毒综合治疗方案可以调节慢性肾脏病2~3期患者的细胞因子,有效延缓CKD进展。
Objective To observe the effect of resolving turbidity and removing toxicity comprehensive treatment on patients with stage 2-3 of chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods A total of 160 patients with stage 2-3 of CKD in Nephrology Outpatient and Ward Department of Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from October 2017 to March 2019.Stratified by age,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,78 cases in the treatment group and 82 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with resolving turbidity and removing toxicity comprehensive treatment plan,and the control group was treated with Niaoduqing Granules orally.Three months was a course of treatment.The overall efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,renal function index(blood creatinine[Scr],blood urea nitrogen[BUN],uric acid[UA]),hemoglobin(HGB)and serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)levels before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the TCM symptom score,Scr,BUN,and TGF-β1 levels were reduced in both groups,and the TCM symptom score,Scr,BUN,UA,and TGF-β1 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HGB level was reduced in both groups,and the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Resolving turbidity and removing toxicity comprehensive treatment can regulate cytokines and effectively delay the progression of CKD.
