摘要
目的:观察胸椎旁神经阻滞联合艾灸治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取我院疼痛科就诊的带状疱疹性神经痛患者80例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者采取口服药物与胸椎旁神经阻滞治疗,试验组在此基础上加行艾灸治疗。采用视觉模拟(VAS)评分评价患者疼痛程度与治疗效果,观察并记录两组患者治疗前、治疗后、治疗后1个、6个月的VAS评分,同时比较两组患者治疗后1个月的总有效率和治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分较治疗前均降低,且试验组患者疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);同时试验组患者治疗后各时间点的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,试验组总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组总有效率67.5%(P<0.05)。整个治疗过程中两组患者均未发生任何严重不良反应。结论:胸椎旁神经阻滞联合艾灸治疗带状疱疹性神经痛疗效确切,安全性高。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of thoracic paravertebral nerve block combined with moxibustion in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods:80 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral medicine and thoracic paravertebral block,and on that basis of the experimental group was treated combined with moxibustion.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score was used to evaluate the degree of pain and therapeutic effect.The VAS score of the two groups before,after,1 month and 6 months after treatment were observed and recorded,and the total effective rate and adverse reactions in the treatment process were compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups patients were lower than those before treatment,and the pain degree of the patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the pain scores of the patients in the experimental group at each time point after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the total effective rate in the experiment group was 92.5%,which was higher than that in the control group by 67.5%(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Thoracic paravertebral block combined with moxibustion is effective and safe in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.
