媒介使用对农民工权益表达的影响分析--一个有调节的中介模型被引量：2

摘要本研究以长沙市384名农民工的数据调查为基础,构建以媒介接触类型偏好为调节变量,以权益知识、权益损害感知为中介变量的有调节的中介模型,对媒介使用和权益表达关系以及不同媒介接触类型偏好对农民工权益表达的调节作用进行研究。研究发现,媒介使用可以直接影响权益表达,也可以通过权益知识和权益损害感知作为中介因素影响权益表达:媒介接触类型偏好在媒介使用影响权益知识和权益损害感知中起调节作用,新媒体接触类型偏好会在媒介使用通过权益知识和权益损害感知影响权益表达时起正向调节作用,传统媒介接触类型偏好在媒介使用通过权益损害感知影响权益表达时起正向调节作用,而在媒介使用通过权益知识影响权益表达时调节作用不显著。 Based on the data survey of 384 migrant workers in Changsha City,this research constmcts a moderated mediation model with media contact type preference as the mediating variable and rights knowledge and rights damage perception as mediation variables.Phe relationship between media use and rights expression is as well as Research on the moderating effect of different media rontact types on the expression of migrant workers'rights and interests.Fhe study found that media use can directly affect the expression of rights and interests,and can also influence the expression of rights and interests through the knowledge of rights and the perception of rights damage as intemiediary factors.The preference of media contact type plays a moderating role in the media use affecting the knowledge of rights and the perception of rights damage.The preference of new media contact type will play a positive moderating role when the media use affects the expression of rights through the knowledge of rights and the perception of rights damage.The preference of traditional media contact types When media use affects the expression of rights and interests throug perception of damage to rights and interests,it plays a positive regulatoiy role,hut when the media use affects the expression of rights and interests through the knowledge of rights and interests,the adjustment effect is not significant.
