摘要
目的探讨冠脉支架介入治疗冠心病的预后及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2015年2月—2017年12月我院收治的冠心病患者作为研究对象,共90例,均对其予以冠脉支架介入治疗,并对患者进行2年的随访,对患者的随访结果及不良心脏事件发生情况进行观察,并对不良心脏事件的单因素与多因素进行分析。结果进行2年的随访后,共有10例患者随访失败,在80例患者中,共有69例患者发生不良心脏事件,包括残余狭窄、非致命性心肌梗死、心绞痛复发、再狭窄、新发病变等;经单因素分析显示,年龄、家族史、糖尿病史、高血压史、吸烟史、支架数目、病变血管支数为导致患者不良心脏事件发生的重要因素;经多因素分析显示,年龄、家族史、糖尿病史、高血压史、吸烟史、支架数目、病变血管支数为导致患者不良心脏事件发生的独立因素。结论年龄、家族史、糖尿病史、高血压史、吸烟史、支架数目、病变血管支数为导致患者不良心脏事件发生的独立因素,需要对上述情况进行良好的掌握,以便能够采取具有针对性的措施进行治疗,从而提升患者的健康水平。
Objective To investigate the prognosis and influencing factors of coronary artery disease treated with coronary stent.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with coronary stent intervention,and the patients were followed up for 2 years.The follow-up results and adverse cardiac events were observed,and the univariate and multivariate analysis of adverse cardiac events was conducted.Results After 2-year follow-up,10 patients failed to follow-up.Among 80 patients,69 patients had adverse cardiac events,including residual stenosis,nonfatal myocardial infarction,angina recurrence,restenosis,new lesions,etc.;univariate analysis showed that age,family history,diabetes history,hypertension history,smoking history,stent number,number of diseased vessels were the main causes multivariate analysis showed that age,family history,diabetes history,hypertension history,smoking history,the number of stents,the number of diseased vessels were the independent factors leading to the occurrence of adverse cardiac events.Conclusion Age,family history,diabetes history,hypertension history,smoking history,number of stents,number of vascular branches were independent factors of adverse cardiac events.It is necessary to have a good grasp of the above situation,so as to be able to take targeted measures for treatment,so as to improve the health level of patients.
