摘要
利用Logistic回归模型和ISM解释结构方程模型,基于284份实地问卷调研数据,分析了影响业主采用工程总承包模式的因素,并探讨了各因素之间的层次结构。研究结果表明:受教育程度、政府是否大力支持、对工程总承包模式的了解程度、工期、管理效率、投资成本是影响业主是否愿意采用工程总承包模式的显著因素;其中,工期、管理效率、投资成本为表层因素,对工程总承包模式的了解程度为中间层因素,受教育程度和政府是否大力支持为深层根源因素。在此基础上提出了“政府大力扶持、参与主体积极响应、业主深度了解”的环形推动模式,对更好推进工程总承包模式具有重要意义。
Using Logistic regression model and ISM to explain the structural equation model,based on 284 field questionnaire survey data,the factors affecting the owner's adoption of the general contracting model of the project were analyzed,and the hierarchical structure between the factors was discussed.The research results show that:education level,the government's supports,the degree of understanding of the general contracting model of the project,construction period,management efficiency and investment costs are significant factors affecting the owner's willingness to adopt the general contracting model;of which the construction period,management efficiency and the investment cost are surface factors,the degree of understanding of the general contracting model of the project is a middle-level factor,and the education level and the government's support are the deep-rooted factors.On this basis,a circular promotion model of"strong government support,active response from participating entities and in-depth understanding of owners"is proposed,which is of great significance to better promote the general contracting model of the project.
