摘要
发展山地旅游农业与乡村振兴战略五大目标相契合,文章基于乡村振兴战略视角构建了山地旅游农业发展评价指标体系,通过多因素综合评价模型进行评价。并以贵州省为例进行实证分析,发现贵州省从2014~2018年的评价得分逐年递增且增速加快,认为其发展是可持续且方向向好的,且贵州发展的短板在于经营管理专业化水平和带动农民生活富裕方面,据此,提出了贵州发展山地旅游农业的建议,应当注重专业化水平、农民生活水平的提高,避免走入富农村而不富农民的“伪”振兴,真正让农民享受到山地旅游农业发展和乡村振兴的良好成果。
The development of Tourism-agriculture in Mountains Areas is match with the 5 goals of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Paper is constructing a evaluation index system of the development of Tourism-agriculture in Mountains Areas based on the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and evaluated by a multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model.Taking Guizhou Province as an example,the empirical analysis shows that the evaluation scores of Guizhou Province are increased from 2014 to 2018,and the growth rate was accelerated,indicating that the development is sustainable,and the weakness of Guizhou's development are the professional level of operation and management and the promotion of farmers'living well-off,therefore,it is suggest that the development of Tourism-agriculture in Mountains Areas in Guizhou province should emphasize on improve the professional level and farmer's life quality,avoid the"fake"revitalization which only rich the rural areas but not rich the farmers,and truly let farmers enjoy the good results of Rural Revitalization.
