摘要
针对制丝生产线工控系统中老旧WinCC服务器升级存在的造价昂贵、工作量大、影响生产等问题,提出基于VMware服务器虚拟化技术的升级方案。在介绍了服务器虚拟化技术、VMware虚拟化软件以及服务器虚拟化优势的基础上,通过从服务器虚拟化的架构设计、实施过程及应用效果三个方面,详细介绍了VMware服务器虚拟化技术应用于制丝生产线工控系统WinCC服务器的升级改造方案。经生产验证,该方案在有效解决WinCC工控服务器更新存在的一系列问题的同时,提高了服务器资源的利用率。
In view of the existing problems of expensive cost,heavy workload and affecting production in the upgrade of the old WinCC server in the industrial control system of tobacco primary processing line,this paper proposes an upgrade scheme based on VMware server virtualization technology.Based on the introduction of server virtualization technology,VMware virtualization software and the advantages of server virtualization,through three dimensions of architecture design,implementation process and application effect of server virtualization,the upgrading scheme of VMware server virtualization technology applied to WinCC server in the industrial control system of tobacco primary processing line is introduced in detail.Production verified that it can effectively solve a series of problems existing in the update of old WinCC industrial control server and improves the utilization rate of server resources.
