摘要
以磺酸型离子液体1-(3-丙烷磺酸)吡啶磷酸氢盐[PyPS]H2PO4为催化剂催化甲酸-双氧水氧化端烯烃合成相应的1,2-二醇,采用1H NMR对产物的结构进行了表征。以1-己烯合成1,2-己二醇为模型反应,得到了反应的优化条件,即:n(1-己烯)∶n(H2O2)∶n(甲酸)=1∶1.1∶2,催化剂[PyPS]H2PO42.5 mol%,反应温度50℃,反应6 h。在此条件下,1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,2-辛二醇、1,2-环己二醇以及苯乙二醇收率分别为78.2%,74.7%,68.8%,76.2%和74.0%。[PyPS]H2PO4容易回收,在循环使用中催化活性未见明显降低。
1,2-Diols were synthesized from epoxidation-hydration tandem reaction of terminal alkenes with formic acid-H2O2 as oxidant under the catalysis of 1-(3-sulfonic acid)propyl pyridinium hydrophosphate ionic liquid([PyPS]H2PO4).The diol products were characterized by 1H NMR.The transformation of 1-hexene to 1,2-hexanediol was employed as a model reaction to screen the optimal reaction conditions,which were n(1-hexene)∶n(H2O2)∶n(formic acid)=1∶1.1∶2,catalyst[PyPS]H2PO42.5 mol%,reaction temperature 50℃,and reaction time 6 h.Under the optimal reactions,the yield of 1,2-hexanediol reached 78.2%.The introduction of[PyPS]H2PO4 not only accelerated the reaction,but also obviously reduced the amount of formic acid.The other terminal alkenes could also be converted to the 1,2-diols in good yields under the same conditions.1,2-Pentanediol,1,2-octanediol,1,2-cyclohexanediol and phenyl glycol were also obtained in respective yields of 74.7%、68.8%、76.2%and 74.0%.Besides,[PyPS]H2PO4 could be readily recovered and recycled without obvious decrease of its catalytic activity.
