摘要
以外墙保温板废弃物为碳源制备活性炭,采用BET和SEM对其进行表征,并考察制备的活性炭对氨氮的吸附性能。针对吸附温度、pH、质量浓度等因素对氨氮吸附量的影响,确定了吸附工艺参数:恒温15℃、pH为5、氨氮平衡质量浓度14 mg/mL、吸附120 min;此条件下的吸附量为878.21 mg/g。动力学分析表明,氨氮在外墙保温板残料基活性炭上的吸附符合准一级模型,活化能为38.502 kJ/mol。等温吸附拟合符合Freundlic模型。热力学分析得到氨氮吸附焓变-7.592 kJ/mol,熵变-42.90 J/(mol·K)。活性炭对氨氮的吸附是放热过程,吸附无需加热。
Activated carbon was prepared by using waste external-wall insulation board as carbon source,and was characterized by BET and SEM.Adsorption property of the activated carbon to ammonia nitrogen was investigated.The adsorption process parameters to ammonia nitrogen were determined as the temperature of 15℃,the pH value of 5,the equilibrium concentration of ammonia nitrogen of 14 mg/mL,and the time of 120 min.Under these conditions,the adsorption capacity was 878.21 mg/g.The kinetic analysis shows that the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen by the activated carbon follows the quasi-first-order model with an activation energy of 38.502 kJ/mol.Isothermal adsorption fitting conforms to the Freundlic model.Thermodynamic analysis shows that the enthalpy change of ammonia nitrogen adsorption is-7.592 kJ/mol,and the entropy change is-42.90 J/(mol·K).The adsorption of ammonia nitrogen is an exothermic process,and heating is not necessary.
